The Iranian movie ‘Oxidan’ directed by Hamed Mohammadi has sold very well in its first 9 days of public screening at the domestic box office.
The movie passed the sale of 1 billion tomans (more than 250,000 USD) during almost one week after starting the country-wide screening.
“Knowing a simple visa issuance is such a hassle, Aslan would have never fallen in love,” the movie’s synopsis reads.
The picture’s cast includes Javad Ezzati, Amir Jafari, Shabnam Moqaddami, Shaqayeq Dehqani, Reza Behboudi, Linda Kiani and Ali Ostadi.
The film’s script is also written by Hamed Mohammadi.
A number of popular Iranian stars, including Reza Attaran, Abolhassan Davoudi, Mehran Ahmadi, and Javad Ezzati, will attend tonight’s public screening, June 29, at Zendegi Cinema Complex in Tehran.
